<p style="padding: 3px; margin: 3px; border-bottom: #FFF solid 1px;"><b>Description:</b> Rei Kon still has the same hairstyle has he used throughout much of the series, messy bangs and spikes that look almost like he's just rolled out of bed, coupled with the neat ponytail. There are some alterations though for when he's working, normally for work he wears a hairnet to keep his hair from getting in food, health and safety. This does have the side effect of flattening his spikes a bit.
<br><br>
Away from work the clothing you see him in depends on the situation. If he's been training in Martial Arts you will see him wearing a Gi, with a sash belt and trousers, this is in contrast with when he relaxes. For relaxing he tends to use a light weight Changsam in white with black and red accents.
<br><br>
He still has very noticeable felineness to him, still keeping the 3 stripes beneath each eye, his ears slightly pointed and his canines slightly extended in comparison to the rest of his teeth.</p>
<p style="padding: 3px; margin: 3px; border-bottom: #FFF solid 1px;"><b>Personality:</b> To most people Rei seems confident, calm, some would say overly confident. While at times Rei may seem to think highly of his own abilities, he also recognises that in some cases he has to improve. He is someone who seems to have inner peace, he is happy with himself, to a certain extent.<br><br>
While he has given up Beyblading for now, at least competitively, he still practises with his Beyblade when he can. When he's not too tired or stressed from his day job. He enjoys cooking, but sometimes he can be left tired. The stresses of working life can also disrupt his natural sense of inner peace, which can at times distress him, at least until he's regained the sense of peace.<br><br>
Some people find him easy to talk to, Rei is a good listener. He has the talent to cause other people to open up. Yet he doesn't always speak what's troubling him to others. Highly independent at times, he seeks to often solve his own problems by himself. He's also stubborn, to the point that he will risk injury.</p>
<p style="padding: 3px; margin: 3px; border-bottom: #FFF solid 1px;"><b>Family:</b> The only person who we know to be related to Rei is his uncle Stanley, who taught him much about cooking. </p>
<p style="padding: 3px; margin: 3px; border-bottom: #FFF solid 1px;"><b>History:</b> Rei Kon grew up in a village in China, with his childhood sweetheart Mariah, training alongside Lee. The two of them worked hard to perfect their beyblades, yet it was always Rei who won the battles. Strife and trouble seperated them though when it was Rei, not Lee who was given the White Tiger bitbeast.<br><br>
Rei chose to leave the village, and the White Tiger team behind, wishing instead to travel the world. He wanted to learn about Beyblade styles all over the world. For a brief time he stayed with his uncle, before he continued on. Eventually he ended up in Japan where he took part in one of the regional championships and ended up facing Tyson.<br><br>
Upon losing to Tyson he offered to join the Bladebreakers. For many years he fought along side his friends side, only once having doubts after he'd lost his bitbeast in a moment of uncertainty. That all changed though in the third world championships, where temporarily he chose to return to help Lee with the reformed White Tigers. <br><br>
However he soon returned back as a part of the BladeBreakers to help face the greatest threat yet. Throughout his time with the BladeBreakers he kept his feelings for Kai hidden, or at least tried to. Once the BladeBreakers disbanded for the last time it was with great sadness that he left. He figured he'd never see Kai again, and resolved to place all this behind him.<br><br>
He wandered for a few years before he finally set up a small chinese in town. He hasn't put two and two together that Hiwatari Corp is owned by his old friend and crush. Instead he's focused himself solely on his work, working in the back as head chef and owner of Kon Chinese.</p>

The beyblaade is built primarily as a defencive/endurance type beyblade but don't get caught out - this beyblade has a nasty scratch</p>

Coming from the shoulders, forehead and behind front legs are gold metallic protrusions that arc back similar to the shape of lightning bolts. His tail is also gold in colour and seemingly made of metal as well.</p>
